Jacketed Tube (Heat Exchanger)

I have a jacketed tube (304SS). The inside tube is filled with product and the outside tube is filled with chilled water. I need to determine the straight length of tube that I need to run based on a final product temperature.

The product startes at 100 deg F @ a flow rate of 25gpm.
The chilled water startes at 40 deg F @ a flow rate of 100gpm.
Inside tube is 1.5" dia.
Outside tube is 2.5" dia.

How do I aquire the overall heat efficiency of the system?
How do I calculate the final temperature of the chilled water and the pressure drop?

Any help or direction (formulas, charts, tables, etc..) would be greatly appriciated.
